Project Delivery Manager - Maidenhead This is a rare opportunity to join a different breed of software vendor as a Project Delivery Manager. The business is a long-established, highly successful, market leader which values its employees and provides genuine work / life balance. As a senior member of this collaborative team, you will serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the business for all implementations, advising them on how to configure, integrate and implement software products. Typically you will manage a small number of high value, high complexity projects. The Product is a highly innovative, versatile web-based tool with several valuable applications including: a) Transforming and automating the process to produce quotations and manage sales and orders for complex/configurable product sales. b) A tool for allowing customised/configurable contracts/ policies (documentation). The tool is highly versatile and configurable and bridges the gap between CRM and ERP systems. Its adoption/implementation (across numerous sectors) usually delivers significant business value in improving sales processes. This is a very hot tool/market which both Gartner and Forbes predict to continue accelerating at a very healthy rate. One of "the hottest technologies sales are relying on". You’ll be working with minimal direction to direct the activities of the project team (10 individuals), leading projects through to successful completion, planning, tracking and executing on program or project goals including scope, status reporting, budgets and timelines. In addition, you will provide consulting in relation to the businesses suite of products as required. This is a hugely exciting role with considerable scope for career advancement. Experience / Qualification required: Degree educated or equivalent experience, ideally in a relevant subject Experience of Agile (and ideally Waterfall), methodologies Assumed full responsibility for full lifecycle project management of significant sized projects Proven experience in running IT software development / implementation projects Strong interpersonal skills and an effective and persuasive communicator at all levels Ideally you will possess a strong background in consulting and have experience implementing CRM and / or ERP systems (ideally sales / planning and master data components) This position will pay up to £80,000

£5k car allowance

8% bonus pension and other corporate benefits. Some international travel will be required (circa 1-2 times every 3-6 months). Flexible WFH/hybrid working.
