Job Description

The Lancashire Enrichment for Apprenticeship Programme (LEAP) is a new ESF funded project to develop and deliver support, training and development for apprentices and their workplace mentors employed in Lancashire’s small and medium sized workforce (SME’s).

A positive and enthusiastic individual, you will take the lead in the development of the College’s ESF LEAP project provision. You will focus on activity to support the retention of apprentices by enhancing their time on programme, developing and implementing interventions to enhance their career opportunities such as additionality and progression into job roles and/or Higher-Level qualifications including Higher and Degree Level Apprenticeships.

Recent practical experience of working in Apprenticeship provision and of working with small and micro employers and outside agencies to build partnerships will be an advantage.

As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
