Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 – 18:00

Join our team as a Project Delivery Coordinator, a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of Citycom projects for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing the entire process from order to installation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with carriers and suppliers, scheduling site surveys, ordering equipment, and producing necessary documentation. With this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in our project delivery team, ensuring top-notch service to both internal and external customers.

You’ll be great in this role if you have:

  • PRINCE2 qualification (Desirable)
  • 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability and initiative
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
  • A self-motivated and pro-active approach
  • Commitment to further professional and personal development
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of both the service delivery department and the organisation

  • Have an excellent understanding of Telephony solutions
  • Project management experience is essential

What you’ll be busy doing:

  • Managing the smooth delivery of Citycom products and services to customers including but not limited to:
  • Wholesale Line Rental and Call Services
  • Data Connectivity Solutions including ADSL, EFM, DIA and Leased Lines
  • Hosted Telephony Solutions; an
  • On-Site Telephony (PBX) Systems
  • Lead projects, manage processes and provide weekly reporting via calls with the customer and our suppliers
  • Act as the single point of contact during the delivery process and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
  • Providing regular communication, support, and project status reports to customers via email and telephone
  • Liaise, co-ordinate and maintain relationships with carriers and suppliers where required
  • Support, co-ordinate and maintain relationships with internal teams where required
