As a Projects Coordinator at Croft, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of projects related to Unified Communication & Managed Services. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks aimed at supporting the Projects Team and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering Hardware: You will be responsible for liaising with the purchasing team to purchase orders for the required hardware needed for different projects. This involves coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Raising Purchase Orders (POs): Creating and managing purchase orders will be part of your duties. Keeping accurate records and following the company’s procurement process will be essential.
  • Finance Documentation: You will be in charge of submitting completed project works to the Finance department, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is provided promptly.
  • Scheduling Engineers: Coordinating with engineers and scheduling their activities for various projects will be one of your tasks. This involves managing their calendars and optimizing their productivity.
  • Customer Liaison: You will be the point of contact for customers, providing them with updates on the project’s progress and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Monitoring Communications: Keeping a close eye on project-related emails and tickets and promptly responding to them is crucial to maintaining effective communication within the team and with clients.
  • Answering Calls: You will handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members or addressing basic inquiries as needed.

Shifts and Job Type:

The job is a full-time position, and the shifts may vary based on the requirements outlined by the Projects Manager. The shifts include 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, and 10am – 6pm, all scheduled on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

Education and Experience:

While not mandatory, the following educational and experiential background is preferred:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 3 years of administrative experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred)
