Reporting to the Project Director you will support the Quality Assurance Manager, Financial Controller and Procurement Manager in the administrative aspects of the project. It will be a wide ranging role working across different disciplines, covering purchase order management, internal administration, updating project trackers and developing and managing the SharePoint site for the project. The role would suit a Graduate looking to develop in project management, procurement or business administration. More specifically, achievement of the role is delivered through: Providing all round administrative support to the project team Document control for quality, finance and procurement Checking invoices and ensuring goods are receipted in the accounting system Issuing purchase requisitions Running weekly purchase order reports in the accounting system Assisting the project team, with action plan monitoring Plan and coordinating periodic internal project review meetings and take minutes and report on actions agreed. Updating action trackers Managing the project teams SharePoint site. Ensuring accurate document control of quality assurance documentation. This is an exciting new project for Stanton Precast and a great opportunity to develop a further career in the team. Previous experience in this type of role would be an advantage or you could be a recent graduate with a relevant degree, looking for a broad administrative role which covers project management, finance, quality and procurement. You should demonstrate: Excellent attention to detail and able to demonstrate experience in working in this type of role. Being able to set up processes and procedures from scratch and follow them A willingness to go into the detail A curious nature and mental agility Good listening skills Can work in a matrix structure and develop good working relationships. Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Highly organised with proven ability to coordinate and cooperate with multiple stakeholders and partners. Commitment to promoting behaviours aligned to the Company’s visions, values and code of conduct. You should have 5 GCSEs at grade 5 or above, including Maths and English.
