Project Administrator Castleford Salary - £25,000 Free Parking Fantastic opportunity to join a great company in Castleford as a Project Administrator. You will be an experienced administrator and must be prepared to hit the ground running. This is a fast paced, varied admin role so you must be organised, someone who can work on their own initiative and have excellent communication skills. Duties of the Project Administrator: * Answering phones transferring calls and taking and distributing messages. * General office administration duties. * Assisting the Managing Director. * Diary management and logistics. * Preparation of paperwork for projects. * Gathering information from projects and recording it.
  • Corresponding with suppliers to gather quotations. * Monitoring and ordering stock and supplies. * Processing and checking purchase invoices. * Data Input on spreadsheets.
  • Maintain office systems including data management and filing. * Maintain the company’s database to ensure that all work is entered and processed. * To assist with the necessary paperwork to ensure health and safety and internal audit systems are kept up to date, writing of risk assessment and method statements. * Issuing and quality checking reports and documents. * Posting on Social Media Accounts About you: * Excellent computer skills required; Excel skills required must be at least intermediate.
  • Office experience is necessary, experience in construction would be beneficial but not essential. * Attention to detail, excellent communication skills required. * Must be able to work on your initiative to meet deadlines.
