What we’re looking for (or not!)

We are not looking for a person who matches a specific list of criteria. We’re not defining a Senior Programmer in terms of must have worked for X years, must have shipped X games.

Senior to us is about willingness to take on a feature from the start, and believe you may be successful taking it to a shipped conclusion.

You may not have been doing that so far, but feel you’re ready for that challenge. You may be doing that already and think the range of work we do may be interesting.

If you feel the mixture of work we do over immersive technologies and games may interest you, but you’re not sure you have the background or experience we’d encourage you to apply anyway.

We’re after a person to join the team, not a cog to slot into a machine.

Benefits

  • 30 holiday days plus UK bank holidays + 1 Friday off every month (i.e. 42 days off as well as bank holidays)
