Programme Manager (Change Management)For nearly 35 years (incorporated since 1989), Anheddau is a not for profit, charitable organisation which empowers adults with support needs throughout North Wales. We are proud to be a Gold Corporate Standard on Health accredited employer thanks to our focus on ensuring health and wellbeing in the workplace, and our passion for creating a positive, inclusive working environment where each and every colleague benefits from excellent levels of training and support.We are currently on a journey defining and delivering a number of new initiatives that will contribute to our overall strategy for 2023 and 2024.The Role - Programme Manager (Change Management)Supporting the Chief Executive, as the Programme Manager you’ll manage and deliver the Vision and Business Development Programme. You’ll achieve this by:- Ensuring that our services meet the needs of people who use them, and value for money is achieved
  • Leading and monitoring the delivery and performance of key strategic service development programmes and reporting progress to the Chief Executive and Trustees
  • Supporting the Chief Executive in meetings with Trustees, Trade Unions, funders and partners
  • Overseeing and coordinating the Programme timescales, milestone activities and actions in line with the overall service objectives
  • Developing and devising strategies to ensure that there is both constructive challenge and support to service directorates on the development and delivery of key strategic programmes
  • Ensuring thorough risk and issue management across the Programme, instigating any mitigation actions and identifying contingency plans
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders
  • Our Requirements - Programme Manager (Change Management)- Proven experience of scope and schedule management, risk and issue management, finance and cost control management and resource and people management
  • Proven track record of using professional expertise to develop and deliver strategic objectives
  • Project management qualification such as APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent (e.g., Prince2 or PMP)
  • Knowledge and experience of using project management approaches
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superb planning and organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Google Workspace software
  • The PackageAs a Programme Manager, you will benefit from:- Salary in the region of £27,669 to £29,092 with the level dependent on experience
  • 1-year fixed term contract
  • Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Based from our office in Bangor, with option to work from home up to 4 days per week but flexibility might be required to meet the needs of the business
