How could you help us do this?

You will be responsible for establishing and driving programmes in a cross-organisational environment that are key to realising our sales strategy.

What kind of work would you be doing?
  • Support Business leadership as new initiatives are released between the different business units inside the organisation
  • Manage continuous improvement of Go-To-Market (GTM) process design through the Financial Year Readiness programme
  • Liaise with IT and third-party vendors to articulate impact of proposed improvements and support the implementation of proposed changes
  • Manage relationship with IT delivery and infrastructure partners involved on the project Review and challenge both functional and technical designs, oversee testing and provide valid results to business for their final decision making
  • Work with the wider GTM team to design, implement and execute operational processes across the end-to-end sales planning and compensation cycle
  • Measure, review and analyse efficiency and effectiveness of defined processes. Champion process improvements and establishes policies
  • Structure, develop and communicate data-driven, insightful, and compelling theory, hypotheses, tests and recommendations on improving operational issues for senior stakeholders
What achievements should you have so far?
  • Experience in IT domains such as Program or Project management, Technical Lead, or Operational Lead
  • Demonstrable experience of working on critical, highly visible projects and thriving even when given a short timeline
  • Strong sense of ownership and track record of quality work, planning & organizational skills, embraces and leads change and innovation, creativity, excellent analytical, technical, and problem solving skills
  • Good understanding and ability to navigate in complex multinational and matrix base organisation, being highly skilled at working cross-functionally and building processes, communication and trust across teams
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with team members and stakeholders across the company, comfortable partnering with individual contributors, vendors and C-level executives
