Our client - Rochdale Boroughwide Housing - is at the heart of the local community in the towns and villages of Rochdale Borough, and is proud to be a pioneering mutual housing society.

Reporting to the Director of Resources, the new role of Programme Manager will lead and drive the delivery of strategic programmes of activity across RBH to improve services and achieve efficiencies, ensuring successful delivery to time, cost, and quality.

The role will involve working collaboratively with internal and external customers to identify opportunities for improvement, undertaking business analysis, developing and implementing programmes and monitoring delivery and benefits realisation.

The successful candidate will be a credible business partner with strong stakeholder management capability and a track record of successfully managing major change programmes, including leading on associated cultural change. You will have experience of full life cycle project management, programme governance, quality assurance and budget management. Prince2 or other project management accreditation will be required, as will experience of embedding a more formal project management methodology in an organisation.
