  • Maintain and manage project from start to finish* Idea Generation Process* Background in Machine LearningProfectus are happy to announce we hiring for a Program Manager role for an amazing company which is actively trying to optimise electrical grid systems.if you are a skilled Program Manager with some technical expertise, then apply with your most up to date CVRole Description:
  • Maintain and manage project roadmaps,* Be a core component in idea generation for enhancements to organisational systems, including technical validation, business case development and planning.* Help develop and maintain strategic product plans and costs &risks analysis.* Review existing procedures/processes and propose and implement improved workflows.Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of program / product management experience, ideally in an AI-focused or software focused organisation.* Experience in software development.* Strong leadership qualities, ability to set out roadmaps and drive teams towards shared goals.* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Structured thinking
  • Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to serve as a leader in a research based team.* Strong relationship building skills and ability to work with different teams in a fast-moving start-up environment.Additional Desirable Experience:
  • Understand machine learning problems and workflows.* Familiarity with machine learning, statistics, and optimisation.* Experience with operational management, methodologies in developer mindset.* Knowledge of electricity grids is also beneficial.Please note this is a Hybrid position working in the office one day every two weeks
