Societe Generale Equipment Finance UK is a part of the global line of business of Societe Generale Equipment Finance (SGEF) which is present in 35 countries. SGEF provides vendor and equipment finance to the full breadth of the business sector. SGEF is owned by Societe Generale, an international banking group headquartered in France. SGEF UK’s office is based in Richmond-Upon-Thames. In the UK SGEF provides vendor and equipment finance in the Hi-tech, Transport, Construction, Industrial, Medical, Public Sector and Agriculture markets.

A Programme Manager is required to join Societe Generale Equipment Finance UK in a key programme management role focused on IT transformation (Contract Management System, Accounting, Point Of Sale, etc). This role will be working closely with local change teams based in Richmond, also working directly with the Global programme manager who is based in the Groups head office (Paris)

As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible building the overall programme’s plan and timeline, providing leadership, management, coordination, direction to teams delivering projects. Deep understanding of change planning and implementation. Skilled in applying high level programme and project management methodologies and to control management of scope, risks, issues, at a Programme level and have excellent communication skills.

The Change Management involved in this role is a pivotal part of the programme and will need someone who can demonstrate a high level of experience in managing change throughout the organisations.

You will be supported by the CIO and Business Change and Infrastructure (BCI) Manager throughout the Transformation.
