Program Director

The role of a program director is to manage a group of related projects and program activities in a coordinated way to meet the program objective (Delivery focus). Manage the successful completion of the program and related projects to deliver the committed value and guarantee customer satisfaction, performance of the activities on Time, on Quality and on Budget. Become a trusted advisor to the customer, building beyond the current scope on a larger multi-year roadmap to increased value.

Role & Responsibilities

Initiate and assign project managers on projects in order to manage scope, schedule and costs, to ensure Customer success and acceptance of the program

  • Management of Project Managers allocated to the program,
  • Monitor the progress of program components and ensure program consistency to be delivered on time, on budget, within the agreed scope
  • Ensure Value Engagement gates respect and conformity of deliverables
  • Resolve issues and change management within a shared governance structure, ensure appropriate proactive escalation to avoid crisis.
  • Build credibility, establish relationship and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels (internal & external)
  • Resolve resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect multiple projects within program
  • Jointly develop long term roadmaps to expand the footprint of 3DS solutions, ensuring increased customer value


Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience in Services & Consulting experience.
  • Experience in Services project management.
  • Degree in Engineering or engineering field.
  • Understanding of 3DS products and technologies
  • Experience in Nuclear and/or Energy Industry
