SUMMARY:

Support PRI’s Professional Development programs by delivering first class customer assistance and providing a variety of administrative and facilitation services to stakeholders including industry committees and the Professional Development team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships by providing timely and proactive customer support for incoming inquiries through multiple channels. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Professional Development’s products and services to anticipate questions and make recommendations aligned with customer requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for the development and maintenance of Professional Development content.
  • Provide first line customer technical support of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Exam Management System by following guides and protocols, managing issues to resolution where possible and escalating more complex queries as appropriate. Help identify documentation, training, and operational needs related to common inquiries.
  • Support Professional Development industry committees by scheduling meetings, issuing agendas and minutes and administering action items.
  • Provide administrative and logistics support for Professional Development industry meetings and Instructor Led Training sessions both virtual and in-person as required to enhance overall customer experience and engagement.
  • Support the delivery of Professional Development marketing strategies.

EDUCATION/SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of office administrative experience. Will accept secondary school education (including 3 A-levels graded A-B) with 4+ years of office administrative experience
  • European language skills highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with committees desired
  • Strong computer skills including comfort using and supporting basic browser and operating system functionality across browsers and OS systems (Mac and Windows)
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer systems, services and processes.
  • Experience administering or supporting a LMS or Customer Management System desirable
  • Experience triaging an inbox or using a ticketing system desirable

  • Ability to travel 5% of the time
  • Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk
