A leading manufacturing company of large pumps are looking to recruit an experienced hands-on Production Team Leader to join a busy production team on a permanent basis.
As the Production Team Leader, you will be working second in command to the Production Manager as well as leading and working with a team of mechanical filters. You will be organising the fitter’s daily workload and ensuring production hits the timescales given.
You should previous production experience within a similar role, have the ability to lead and motivate operatives on the shop-floor and have experienced working within a lean environment.
Ideally you should have a time served apprenticeship or qualifications in production engineering or a similar discipline.
Salary
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum
