Job description

  • To ensure the Production Support Officer team follows all procedures and to provide a high-quality service to the production assets whilst adhering to financial compliance regulations.
  • Manage the Production Support Officer team on a day-to-day basis, providing direction, focus and resolution of issues. Managing their performance management and development.
  • Manage and maintain the site’s waste disposal process.
  • Manage and review all PSO processes and procedures to ensure continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Provide cover for the Production Support roles to ensure an effective Production Support service is always maintained.

Qualifications

  • Ideally experience in a supply chain / planning role and office environments.
  • GSAP experience.
  • Experience leading teams.
