Leading Global Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturer seeks an experienced Production Supervisor - Day Shift.

To supervise and lead the Team Leaders and packing operators on the day shift to ensure efficient and effective processing of work orders in a safe manner and compliant with cGMP.

Duties may include

Day to day organisation and coordination of staffing and production activity ensuring that lines are crewed and operating efficiently to meet the production plan.

Completing actions to support the performance and absence management policies, including chairing investigatory, sickness absence review and disciplinary meetings, as appropriate.

To review and prepare information in support of the investigation and close out of deviation reports.

Support the Site Production Manager in developing and agreeing the production schedule with the planning team.

Participate in HSE activity working alongside the HSE officer and site and departmental managers.

Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve operational efficiency and performance.

Ensure clear communication through detailed handover is provided to the Late Shift Supervisor, clarifying priorities and requirements in order to meet the schedule.

Proven track record in Supervisory or Team Leader role

Pharmaceutical GMP Experience (preferred)
