Sky Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our client who are experts in manufacturing POS paper rolls and self-adhesive labels for food retail!

Job role:Production Supervisor

Location:Ripley, Derbyshire

Shifts:Monday - Friday (Days 6-2 and Afternoons 2-10 rotating)

Pay rate: £14.45ph with an attendance bonus of £1ph and Production bonus’ each month if targets are hit!

Duties:

  • As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of their production facility, managing a team of up to 10.
  • With Production Supervisor experience, you must have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in manufacturing supervision.
  • You must be confident working with print machinery and have the ability to notice any errors when they arise.
  • You must be able to motivate the team daily to ensure production targets are hit and exceeded, our is a manufacturer of POS paper rolls and self-adhesive labels for food retail!
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and address any safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, employee attendance, and inventory levels
