Using modern techniques and machinery, they ensure that products are produced to the highest quality standards.The Role
  • Plan and organize work flows
  • Manage, motivate, and support your team
  • Implement behavioural safety and standard operating procedures
The Candidate
  • Have a background within the upvc window and door fabrication
  • Previous experience as a production supervisor
  • Be able to manage a team
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Must currently reside in the UK
