What you will enjoy doing

  • Working in a busy production environment, working on the preparation of components prior to coating, to include; blasting and the application of tape, cleaning and measuring
  • Further you will learn the coating process and ensure standard operating procedures and (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis’ (JSA’s) are adhered to at all times.
  • You will identify and report equipment faults or errors in processes
  • In addition you will finish the components post coating, using finishing processes
  • You will clean and maintain work area and equipment

What makes you great

  • Machining operations experience or manufacturing experience is required for this role
  • You have good practical skills, the ability to work quickly and methodically and are able to concentrate whilst conducting repetitive tasks
  • You have a demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality and productivity targets
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all level
