Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd are urgently seeking Production Operative Staff to join a new state-of-the-art Manufacturing facility based in Nuneaton.

Our client are specialist manufacturers of bespoke Concrete components made specifically for the Construction Industry.

The site is Brand New, Carbon Neutral and has excellent facilities.

We are seeking candidates to join our team as production operatives - this role will offer full training and the opportunity to learn and progress with MHE training. Candidates will be required to work on a production line, operating cranes to pour concrete into industrial sized moulds and then finish the moulds with hand held trowels and finishing to a high standard.

Once the moulds are formed, they are cut to size and hand finished and touched up with basic hand tools.

We are looking for Candidates with a good attitude and a want to work

We offer a starting salary of £10 per hour increasing to £12.50 after successful probation period. Permanent contracts are on offer.

Working hours are 4days on and 4days off, 8am-6pm x40.25 hours per week - additional overtime will be available.
