Job Title: Production OperativeLocation: MonmouthSalary: £9.50 per hourHours: Full time Temporary role 7am-3pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-12 on a FridayHere at The Recruitment Co we are recruiting for Production Operative to work for a client of ours in Monmouth. The role is paying £9.50 per hour.Main Job roles:
  • Process customer orders in an efficient, safe manner.
  • Maintain service levels within the dispatch department.
  • Focused on achieving the highest standards of individual and team performance.
  • Carry out tasks to enable the business to meet its performance commitments regarding acknowledged delivery dates to our customers.
  • Work to the Standard Operating Procedure and ensure compliance is maintained at all times.
  • To ensure the company’s standards are followed and met.
  • To ensure company procedures and rules that apply to Health and Safety at Work and hygiene regulations are followed.
  • To meet any KPI’s set by the business.
  • To attend to other duties, from time to time, as reasonably requested by your manager.
  • Picking and Packing
  • General Warehouse duties
Skills
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self motivated
  • Physically fit.
  • Experience in fast paced manufacturing
