One Recruitment are currently looking for skilled and experienced Production Operatives for our niche client who work with the Ministry of Defence based in Coatbridge.

You MUST have 6 months minimum experience in building components, be a problem solver, have a high attention to detail as you will be involved in the manufacturing of batteries.

This role is a rotational shift pattern of day shift and back shift.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • Produce 100% quality at all times
  • Ensure targets and deadlines are met
  • Report any issues to Supervisors
  • Operate Machinery
  • Preform tool changes
  • Maintain safe working practices and comply with all safety instructions
  • Good housekeeping

Please note you will also be tested and also complete a colour blind test
