Due to continued growth, our brand new production facility in Manchester has multiple opportunities for production staff to join us and flourish!

As our Production Operative, you will be able to choose between the Day Shift or Late Shift.

Production Operative (Days) - £20,428 rising to £20,940 after a successful 12-week probationary period. Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 16.30pm and Friday 7.30am – 13.30pm.

Production Operative (Lates) - £23,570 rising to £24,082 after a successful 12-week probationary period. Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 16.30pm – 01.30am and Friday 13.30pm – 19.30pm.

For these roles, you will be required to safely operate sheet metal working machinery to its maximum potential and achieve production targets, whilst maintaining the quality of manufactured sheet metal duct fitting.

The successful candidates will ideally have previous production experience and be able to demonstrate an awareness of safety requirements. You will be quality conscious and have a good understanding of H&S in the workplace. We are encouraging applications from reliable, hardworking and self-motivated candidates with a good level of literacy and numeracy.
