Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-known manufacturing company in their search for Production Operative to work in their leading facility in Stafford Park.

The hiring manager would prefer people with assembly / electrical assembly experience.

For The Successful Production Operatives Our Client Is Offering
  • Starting pay rate of £9.50 - £9.81 per hour
  • 8:00 AM - 16:30 PM Monday to Friday (paid 40 hour week)
  • Temporary-Permanent positions
  • Free on site parking
The Role - Production Operative
  • Assisting the laser setter with loading parts onto the machine
  • Manufacturing electrical panel boards and charging points
  • Daily use of hand and power tools
  • Working from technical drawings
  • Working in a small team within the workshop
  • Meeting weekly production targets
  • Following health & safety regulations on site
What the client is looking for in a Production Operative;
  • Previous manufacturing experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience with electrical assembly/wiring - HIGHLY ADVANATEGOUS
