We are looking for Production Operatives to join our rolling shift within our busy production department where they will be actively supporting the manufacturing of respiratory medical devices .

This role involves elements of lifting, both heavy and for prolonged periods as well as dexterous tasks, which require good hand eye coordination. The successful candidate must be able to work at fast pace and under pressure in order to achieve the targets and deadlines, whilst remaining accurate and efficient.


The successful candidate will manufacture product in accordance with current work instructions and achieve agreed target rates, whilst complying in full with the Intersurgical Quality System and Health and Safety Procedures.


Essential Experience

  • Able to communicate in English both written and verbally.
  • Able to work to targets and deadlines
  • Able to work in all areas of assembly
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experience working shifts
  • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety requirements and PPE

Hours of Work

  • Continuous Rolling Shift
  • 2 Day Working, 2 Days off, 2 Nights Working, 2 Days off
  • 7:00am – 7:30pm and 7:00pm – 7:30am
