Aqumen Recruitment are pleased to be working with a successful manufacturing business based in Rotherham, due to high levels of growth; our client requires production operatives on a long term basis.

Benefits & Pay

£9.15 per hour plus additional £1.35 per hour attendance bonus taking rate to £10.50per hour.

Hours

Monday to Friday ROTATING SHIFTS - Must be available for all 3

06.00am-14.00pm

14.00pm-22.00pm

22.00pm-06.00am

Candidates must be available for all 3 shifts on a rotating basis, they must be able to get to site for all shifts.

Lots of Overtime available on a voluntary basis! great rates!!

Purpose of the position

To be a team member in the production factory, mainly focusing on working alongside the manufacturing and assembly machines.

Key Role Responsibilities of the Position

· To work as part of a team and also be capable of working on your own

· Repetitive lifting & assembly of plastic injected moulded products.

· Use of power tools

· To maintain levels of QC

· Manual handling – lifting up to 25kg

· To maintain levels of housekeeping and ensure all recycling initiatives are adhered too

· To work effectively and safety in line with all Health & Safety requirements

· To carry out any other duties within the broad remit of the role as requested from time to time by the relevant supervisors and managers
