About the role


Kerry Peterborough is made up of 2 manufacturing sites one located in Bretton and one located in Orton. Both sites produce ingredients for the Sweet, Cereal, Dairy & Ice Cream markets found in the most recoginsed brands in the UK & ROI.

We currently have vacancies for Production Operatives to work across the sites and shift patterns.

Monday – Friday 8 hour rotating shifts

4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts

The role of a Production Operator is to perform a variety of duties involved in the production of biscuit and high care products including cookie dough, nougats etc.

Key Responsibilities


As part of this role you will operate extruders, ovens & mixers, you will mix ingredients while ensuring all quality control & clean as you go procedures are followed. You will be responsible for the handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods in accordance to all Kerry manufacturing standards.

Qualifications and Skills


You will need good communication skills and previous experience of work in a food production, manufacturing or warehouse environment would be an advantage, but what’s more important is a ‘can-do’ attitude as full training will be given.

A good level of fitness is required due to lifting and moving the products.
