We are looking for new and enthusiastic workers for the role of a Production Operative, our client is based in Minworth.

We are currently recruiting for Production operatives to work in a state of the art facility based in Minworth. We are looking for new and enthusiastic workers to join the team and it is a great working facility and the opportunity to carve a great career for a leading manufacturer.

State of the art manufacturing business based in Sutton Coldfield, with over 200 employees onsite this facility gives our client the capability to deliver high quality products for the automotive industry.

Develops and produces innovative systems, sunroofs, heating and cooling solutions, and charging stations for electric vehicles

We are looking for candidates who are experienced in production, manufacturing and warehousing.

Production Operatives are required for varying roles within this production and manufacturing environment to help ensure client product demand is maintained making sunroofs for the automotive industry.

Successful candidates will be responsible for assembling products or machine minding and operating, the machines are fully automated and programmed, you will need to mind the machine and trouble shoot any issues. Working alone or part of a team.

You will be responsible for checking the lines and inspection of the produced components, also general housekeeping duties.

Immediate starts available

Pay Rate and Working Hours:
Up to £11.14 per hour working Monday to Friday Rotating shifts

Dayshift £8.91 per hour – 07:30 to 17:00 / £10.25 per hour working rotating shifts – 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00

Nights £11.14 per hour – 22:00 to 06:00
