Hours

Every Friday afternoon off! Monday – Thursday, 7.50am – 4.20pm, Friday 7.50am-12.20pm (37 hours a week), full time, permanent position

The Opportunity

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a Production Operative, you will:

· Assemble parts and kits for the Tess and EOS product ranges, in accordance with the works orders and the company’s ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System.

· Ensure that goods are packed (in accordance with specific transit requirements to minimise damage) and despatched right first time, on time, every time.

· Responsible for the accurate manufacture of parts on CNC Machines to the correct specification within acceptable manufacture lead times.

  • Good communication and team spirit
  • Competent assembly techniques, manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Competent use of hand tools and inspection gauges
  • Proficient manual handling techniques and physical fitness essential
  • Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings for manufacture
  • Proven experience in a similar practical engineering (CNC) role
  • Engineering – milling, drilling, turning & grinding skills desirable
  • Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office Software and other computer systems desirable
