Start Pay: £10.50ph

We are recruiting for our prestigious client based in Goole
area for Shift Production Operators.


    • The role of Shift Production Operator will include duties such as but are not limited to:
    • The Production Operator will learn multiple roles relating to a number of key areas at the Goole site
    • duties include general labouring, moving materials, booking stocks from SAP, displaying good housekeeping skills, as well as a number of other key tasks.
    • , The operator will also learn the ancillary equipment associated with running the equipment in all areas
    • The Production Operator will work on a rotating shift pattern which includes nights, weekends and bank holidays. The role will report to the Shift Supervisor

    Follow all our client’s health and safety and good practice policies and procedures.

    The Person
    • Previous experience in a Food Production envroment
    • Qualifications in Maths, English and Sciene are desirable
    • A positive and flexible attitude in working towards meeting the needs of the business and the demands of the customer.
    • High level of awareness of the process and operating requirements and parameters of the plant.
    • A desire to work as a unit and be part of a well organised and efficient team.
    • A strong commitment to produce good quality work and materials
    • The involvement and drive to participate actively in the sites progress and improvement
    • Good housekeeping and hygiene standards.
    • Regularly ask for feedback from others to improve performance
    • Reflect on own performance to identify strengths and development needs
    • Solve problems with a sense of urgency rather than leaving issues for others to handle
    • Assume personal responsibility for mistakes, act to correct them and learn from them
    • Take ownership and operate with a sense of urgency to promptly respond and resolve issues
    • Ask questions to understand organizational processes and opportunities for change
