Overview

Our Client is looking to recruit several Production Operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
  • Assembling steel framework and cladded panels
  • Loading and unloading wagons
  • Assist and support Maintenance Technician
  • Work towards the reduction of scrap/waste
  • Packing and bundling assembled products
  • Use hand and bench tools.
  • Working on the line ensuring that the line is running efficiently.
  • Achieving set levels of performance and product quality
  • Communicating effectively within the workplace
  • Adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations
Shifts And Salary

All Training Provided. Experience desirable but not essential.

Three shift pattern.

6am - 2pm

2pm- 10pm

10pm - 6am

£8.91 per hour increasing to £ 11.60 for nightshift.

Flexibility to work 3 shift system required.
