Production Operative

Assembly

ProDrive Recruitment are looking for experienced production operatives based at a company near Evesham.

You will need to need to have experience in a production line setting within either assembly work or warehouse or similar.

Good attention to detail and confidence using hand tools.

You will be responsible for assembling high-quality products, a varied role with training provided.

You must be mechanically minded and able to follow instructions.

General assembly work

maintain and service equipment if needed,

ensure quality control of the build and your own work,

maintain supply inventory on the production side,

record actions on production forms

communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure accuracy, speed, and efficiency.

People with any of the following skills would be ideal for this role:

Plumbing and heating

Basic electrics

Carpentry

Assemblers or fitters

Mechanics

Important Information

Working day shift on Monday - Thursday with an early finish on a Friday

Overtime available

Generous attendance allowance subject to T&C

Free onsite Parking
