£10 - £12/hour - (£20,800 - 24,960) DOE - Full Time, 40 hours - Permanent - Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch - Free Onsite Parking - 20 Days Holiday Plus 8 Bank Holidays - Auto Enrolment Pension.

Our client is a small, privately owned and well-established company. They supply hospitals throughout the country with solvents and related products.

Due to expansion, they now require a Production Operative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Production experience would be beneficial but the client will look at applications from those who are interested in the role but have little/no relevant experience, i.e. school leavers.

Key Responsibilities Of The Production Operative Include
  • Operate both Manual and Automated Equipment
  • General Production Duties
  • To be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process
  • Follow set procedures
  • Some manual lifting
  • Work towards production output targets
  • Work towards quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment in accordance with Health and Safety
  • Liaise with Managers on the floor
The key to success with the client is attitude and reliability over experience. The ideal Production Operative MUST:
  • Have their own transport
  • Be physically fit
  • Be reliable
  • Be proactive
  • Have a positive working attitude
Full training provided.

The company has to operate a no smoking policy on site.
