Your main responsibilities

We currently have a vacancy available for Production Operative at our Flint site.

What you’ll be doing

  • The role is fast paced in an environment where the safety of all our colleagues is paramount.
  • Working alongside team leaders and other production operatives.
  • Working as a part of the team
  • Working on the production line
  • Adhere to production line targets at all times.
  • Manual labour
  • Completing tasks as requested by supervisors and line leaders.
  • Keeping the work environment safe and clean to the standards required in accordance with H&S and hygiene requirements.

What key skills would be desirable

  • Experience gained in manufacturing.
  • Being punctual and reliable!
  • To be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • The ability to problem solves and employ critical thinking.
  • Have great communication skills.
  • Have an eye for detail.

Starting hourly rate of £11

Working Monday to Friday, 7am – 3:30pm
