Apply today to work as a Production Operative for our client’s UK leading potato specialist, Albert Bartlett, based in Airdrie.Are you a night owl, or just not a fan of early mornings? We have backshifts available just for you!Join our friendly, dynamic, and supportive team as a Production Operative today!This temporary role offers dailybackshifts working between Monday and Friday, 4pm until production is finished (usually around 1am.)Backshifts are paid at £10.92 per hour.Overtime is paid up to £13.65 per hour depending on the shift.Applicants must have their own transport as public transport does not operate in the area.For any further details - don’t hesitate to speak to our Onsite Team.Your Time at WorkThe Responsibilities Of a Production Operative Include
  • Monitoring the production process
  • Basic testing and quality checks
  • Packing goods ready for shipment
  • Completing general warehouse duties
A certain level of fitness, coordination, and dexterity is essential to be successful within this role.Our Perfect WorkerOur ideal Production Operative has a great eye for detail and works well as part of a team.They are organised, reliable, and work well under pressure.No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training will be provided.Key Information and Benefits
