SittingbourneSalary- £11.21 PHDo you have great organisational skills?Are you able to follow a production plan?If so, we have a unique opportunity in Sittingbourne for a Production Operative to work for one of our clients. In this role, you will be Working Monday to Friday with start times between 05:30 and 14:00 in line with the business requirementsThe successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Fruit grader and 5 automated peeling machines. They will be working in close collaboration with the Engineering team, the Fruit line supervisors and Store Operator to ensure a smooth uninterrupted supply of prepared Fruit to the production area.Due to our rural location, it is essential that the successful candidate has their own transport.Responsibilities
  • Safe operation of all equipment in line with the company H&S policy
  • Follow the production plan ensuring correct stock is issued to the production line
  • Capture and record any downtimes on the relevant documents, communicating these to the area supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide a detailed handover at shift change to the incoming operator/area supervisor.
