£11.50 PER HR DOE


My Client, a food manufacturer based in Honiton, is looking to recruit a full time production operative to join their small but thriving team. The successful production operative will ideally have previously worked in a food, drink or pharmaceutical environment and have excellent attention to detail. The role is a rotating 2 shift 6-2,2-10 working 40hours per week Monday to Friday.

Production Operative Role:

The successful Production Operator will be required to work in all areas of the production department, under the supervision and instructions of the shift Manager. You will be expected to complete all tasks he assigns. The successful candidate must be looking for a ’career’ role rather than a stop gap.

Production Operative Key skills
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced food /drink production environment, Have a team approach, and possess excellent communication skills and hight attention to detail. Can-do attitude
  • We are looking for someone who can work under pressure and keen to learn new skills and be adaptable to change.
  • Keen to learn new skills.
  • Good time keeping and be able to use your own Initiative.

The successful Production Operative will receive a good starting salary which will increase after training. 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, Pension,
