Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for Production Operatives to work in their facility in WelshpoolWe are looking for candidates who are looking for a long term career, this position offers fantastic career progression opportunities!For the successful Production Operative our client is offering: Starting salary £10.00 P/H (This will continue to rise after training) After Training the salary will rise to £11.22 P/H Once fully qualified and length of service there is a potential to earn £36.500 P/APermanent PositionOvertime available (ALL PAID AT DOUBLE TIME) £20.00 P/H - £22.44 P/H Benefits3-week Rotation shift (Including days and nights) 12-hour shifts (NO WEEKENDS) 4.5% Company pension contribution 3x Death In Service Regular health and wellbeing appointments with a variety of health providers including Occupational Health Nurse, Podiatrist and Physiotherapist Income Protection Scheme Free Employee Assistance Programme Corporate gym membership Over the course of 3 weeks, you will only be required to work 9 shifts (5 days and 4 nights)The role: Production Operative: Provide full support and assistance to the skilled machinistsManual Handling weights of approximately 25kg x 5 per hour per shift Full training on all machineryWhat our client is looking for in a Production Operative: Experience within a production environment is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be given.
