We are recruiting for production operative roles to join our busy team based on site at our client’s food factory in Manton Wood Worksop S802RS. You will be working on a production line creating and packaging various sandwiches and wraps to be supplied to all leading supermarkets. You will need to be able to work at a fast pace and follow instructions well.
  • No experience required
  • Immediate starts available
  • On site translators so no verbal English needed
As aFood production operativeyou will need to have:
  • Access to your own transport or reliable car sharing
  • Be Over 18 due to the shift times and machinery
  • Be able to provide your right to work documents
  • Be available on a regular basis
  • No experience is necessary, an on-site briefing and all PPE is provided.
Details
  • Rate of Pay of a Production Operative: £10.02 days, £10.65 nights. Overtime £12.53 - £13.31
  • £500 Sign up bonus!
  • Earn £1.67 extra for starting!
  • Earn up to £2,500 for referring friends
  • Additional bonuses for working
  • Working hours are either 06:0014:30 or 18:0006:00
  • Fixed rota, full or part time available

Role Of a Food Production Operative4

From Preparation to Production there are a wide range of roles with regular assignments available to the right people, possibly leading from a temp to perm position after 12 weeks there is a position to suit everyone as the roles vary including cutting, cooking, washing, drying, sorting of leaf, weighing, placing and packing fresh produce into their packaging, serving lifts, receiving finished and sealed products and packing into trays to be sent to despatch.
