We are looking for Production Operatives and Key Operators to join any of our 4 production teams, and work in our production halls. The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 2 dayshifts and 2 nightshifts. We are looking for people with key skills, who may have bakery or experience in working in food/manufacturing. This is not essential.

Key responsibilities of a production operative and key operator are (List not exhaustive):

Can operate flexibly and respond quickly to change and opportunities - actively demonstrate the capacity to get into action fast
Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with a strong emphasis on performance, agility, being innovation friendly, quality and safety
Ensure that the product is made using the correct specification documentation and make sure you comply to all company and customer specification
Have an awareness of Health & Safety, clean as you go

Desirable Criteria
Experience in manufacturing, or food manufacturing
