Do you?
  • Have extensive management experience of lodge/modular manufacturing
  • Have experience of machinery used for general fabrication
  • Have management experience in a production environment
  • Have a strong approach to quality and H&S to ensuring standards and procedures are adhered to
  • Have the ability to interpret and read workshop/design drawing
  • Have the ability to plan ahead, organise workload and work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Have strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Production Manager will be responsible for all production operations, from receipt of raw material to the final installation and beyond. In this hands-on role you will be responsible for planning and managing resources to effectively deliver our production plan. You will have specific focus on continuous improvement, ensuring that best practise is implemented at all times.
