Bailey Employment Services are proud to be working with their Calne based, worker friendly client in recruiting an experienced PRODUCTION MANAGER.

Basic role duties include the following; Managing your team within the Workshop Motivating & developing your team (feedback, performance management, reviews) Production Planning Quality Ensuring machinery & site maintenance is carried out as per company procedures Working as part of a close team from Director through to Sales, Design, Operations & Purchasing You Will Have; A proven track record within this particular sector Production planning experience Supervisory/leadership skills Attention to detail Good IT skills A good understanding of LEAN manufacturing methods A solutions focused attitude Role basics; Monday to Friday Monday to Thursday = 08 00-17 00 Friday = 08 00-14 00 Please contact Shaun on (01225 709494) to discuss the role and your application further.
