Our client is a leading food manufacturing company based in North Yorkshire. All food is nutritious, packed with taste and completely allergen free. They have experienced great success in the industry, working closely with supermarket across the UK.


The client are currently looking for Food Production Line Leaders to join their team on a temp•perm basis.


As a Food Production Line Leader you will be responsible for the smooth running of the production line, complete the correct paperwork and checks, and also understand all the Health and Safety requirements.


This is the ideal role for a Line Leader, looking to further their career within a successful company.


Your duties will include:


  • Achieving daily output targets
  • Checking products on the production line for quality
  • Helping the production line run smoothly
  • Adhering to Health and Safety at all times
  • Working in a FMCG environment
  • OEE recording • waste, inputs, outputs, downtime
  • Labour planning to standard holiday/sickness cover
  • Attending and contributing in production meetings
  • Forward plan for next days production
  • Complete safety checks on machines and raising concerns to the Production Manager

To be considered for the role of Food Production Line Leader, you must have:

  • Excellent punctuality
  • Experience of working in an FMCG food manufacturing environment
  • An extremely high attention to detail
  • The ability to follow strict processes
  • Professional attitude to work
  • Able to work with own initiative
  • The ability to use computer systems
  • The flexibility to get the job finished
