Our growing, creative family business is seeking a highly perceptive, enthusiastic, and driven individual to become a valued team member.

The successful candidate will work closely with all aspects of the personalised product creation side of the business, from creating finished products to operating machinery and printers.

They will also assist in accessing and updating orders via our online systems as well as operating machines and printers that are required to create finalised products and undertake manual tasks where needed to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Updating existing product templates with customers personalisation details and uploading to a central server ready for creation across a variety of different machinery

- Prioritising and sorting customer orders across various sales channels

- Undergo training to use different equipment necessary for creating orders

- Assisting the order Packing department when required

- Working closely with the team to ensure all customer orders are designed to deadlines required

- Processing orders and answering customers requests

- Operating various machinery required to process orders, such as laser cutters, sanders, printers and different presses

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES
The successful candidate must be observant and will be able to demonstrate their attention to detail as this is a vital characteristic within this role. Working closely as part of a small team, we require an applicant who is a team player and can communicate effectively. The individual should possess the ability to work in an organised manner using their own initiative as well as follow directions and work efficiently to specification.

This role requires a mixture of computer based and practicals skills when creating customer orders.

No experience or qualifications are necessary for this position however an understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be desirable as well as good IT skills.

WORKING HOURS

Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Please note: Holiday time is not permitted between November 1st and December 23rd.
