We’re currently recruiting for a Production Administrator to join our Actuarial Reporting Team to set up and run the Milliman MG-ALFA cloud model, following agreed procedures and controls, to support the production of accurate and timely results for statutory valuations and project requirements.
Working with talented professionals in the fields of Actuarial Reporting, Finance and IT, you will become an expert in operating our systems within a robust audit and control framework. You’ll strive to become a Subject Matter Expert on the configuration and running of our MG-ALFA cloud model, and play a key role in understanding and shaping the model-running requirements arising from new system developments or to support ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare and run necessary systems for quarterly valuations, project activity and other BAU activity in accordance with relevant reporting standards and business reporting requirements.
- Operate within strict timescales and in compliance with Solvency II control standards and internal control procedures.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business.
- Support the on-going delivery of robust, effective and efficient operational finance processes and controls.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and processes and maintain evidence/audit trail as required.
- Being able to adapt to the requirements of different types of work by planning and organising effectively.
- Ensuring a continually high quality of output to ensure solutions are a good fit for the end user and/or for further input.
- Required to work as part of a team and manage own workload, escalating where required.
- Follow flexible working patterns with the need to provide occasional out-of-hours remote support.
