Let’s Talk About The Team And You

This new role will be to support and help drive the adoption of the breadth of ResMed’s Sleep and Respiratory Care portfolio within the UK. You will be working hand in hand with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, market access, finance, tech services and customer operations, you will be responsible for providing product technical and commercial support, both externally with customers, and to internal stakeholders. You will build an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers’ service and product requirements, technical needs, and the NHS reimbursement and tender landscape, enabling you to support our connected solutions.

Let’s Talk About Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Management team to manage, maintain and grow the portfolio throughout all phases of the product life cycle. Support the execution of new product launches through to implementing rationalisation plans when required.
  • Partner with the commercial team to identify customer needs/trends which informs the development of sales and marketing solutions/tools.
  • Develop an advanced level of technical acumen on ResMed Sleep and Respiratory Care portfolio to provide remote troubleshooting for our NHS customers, ResMed commercial and clinical teams.
  • Partner with the commercial and marketing management to inform pricing strategy and product positioning
  • Responsible for coordination of FSN responses partnering with Sleep and Respiratory product managers
  • Responsible for the maintenance of supporting information for ongoing tender submissions. by partnering with key members of the Marketing and Technical services team who are accountable for this information.
  • Partner with Marketing and Technical teams to develop specific content to respond to bespoke tender submissions.

Position Specific Skills
  • Strong process and project management skillset
  • In depth knowledge of NHS service landscape, funding arrangements, and national tariff
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Operates in a highly dynamic, changing market/competitive environment.
  • Travel within the UK and sometimes required to work non-core business hours
  • Utilising CRM system (Salesforce.com) for effective account management and collaboration across the team
  • Strong business acumen and polished professional interpersonal skills (phone, email, in-person)
Qualifications and Experience

Required
  • 3+ years’ experience and success in a technology environment in a sales or marketing capacity
  • A passion for understanding and learning technical product details, and new technology systems
  • Deep knowledge and experience working with the NHS
  • University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

Preferred
  • Project and process management experience preferred (Six Sigma, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • Experience using Salesforce.com (or equivalent) CRM system
  • Experience in the medical device and/or sleep/respiratory industry
