Product Owner

Salary: £60,000-£70,000

Location: Newbury (Hybrid, 1 day a month onsite)

Looking to be the first Product Owner in a Global enterprise?



This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first product owner within this international 350 employee firm which specialise in helping smaller firms manage their purchase journey using their Digital Product which will be your own product.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining the vision for the product.
  • Incorporate feature requestions into the product roadmap
  • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize the product backlog
  • Plan releases and upgrades
  • Analyse feature requests and gather business requirements
  • Monitoring and evaluating project process for each development.
  • Liaising with the development team and end users to deliver updates.

  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner in a business that develops its own software.
    • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life-cycle.
    • Working knowledge of product development architecture.
    • Technical background with knowledge of software development.
    • Ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent oral and written communication.
    • Comfortable working independently.

    Package:

    • Salary: £60,000-£70,000
    • Location: Newbury (Hybrid, 1 day a month onsite)
    • Remote working with occasional visits to the office required
    • Enhanced pension if more than the minimum required by law is contributed
    • 25 days holiday
