La Fosse Associates are currently partnering with this business to recruit for a driven and innovative Lead Product Owner/Manager to join their team. The Role The Company is looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join the product team to define and develop the ERP strategy and platform. You will be curious, flexible, and proactive. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are forward-thinking, and confident. You have strong communication skills, enjoy working in cross-functional teams, and are a natural leader. Your Profile Experienced Product Manager or Owner with a background developing and managing ERP systems within high-volume manufacturing businesses with a focus on logistics and supply chain. Adept at both programme delivery and maintenance to maximise efficiency and oversee BAU. Comfortable generating reports and implementing AI and ML for performance reporting. Demonstrated experience in ERP supply chain strategy, ideally using Microsoft D365 F&O with in-depth knowledge of MES The Company The company are a market-leading automotive business, with the product team operating out of the head office in Hook, on a remote-first basis.
