Your New Company

One of the UKs major players in windows, bi-folds, curtain walling and door manufacturing are hiring two positions in their growing product marketing team. These positions report to the Marketing Director and focus specifically on developing products with the R&D manufacturing and sales teams that meet the demand of the construction industry.

Your new role
You’ll become a specialist in one particular product area, such as bi-fold doors for example, and will focus on market research for opportunities, demand, design improvements etc. You’ll then work with the technical teams to move through a new product development process taking each product from conception to launch. You’ll also mange the portfolio of existing products. You’ll work closely with the marketing team on specific marketing related to your product range,

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You’ll be technically minded and able to learn and understand (and be interested in) the regulatory / architectural and manufacturing limitations of the products. You will be a marketer who will have worked on product marketing and development for a physical product manufacturer before. If you have worked in the windows and doors, or construction materials space, all the better.

What You’ll Get In Return

Flexible working options available. Work from home in the future will likely be 2 or 3 days per week, with other meetings and work to be done on site in Chepstow. Salary wise - please apply for a discussion on this, we are open to candidates with a range of experience from a couple of years to industry experts so we can discuss the salary you would require and whether it can be met based on your skills. Annual leave is 22 days + bank hols.
